Thermal Measurements Under One Micron!
Sub-micron thermal imaging with unprecedented spatial resolution.

Problem:
How to measure materials at such a small level that traditional methods (microscope or other optical methods) don’t work.

Solution:
Our ProofCo^® has demonstrated that these measurements can be made on a scale smaller than any produced to date.

This technology advances the science of thermal imaging by using specially designed tips for an Atomic Force Microscope that provides resolution below one micron – deemed impossible before this invention. This breakthrough in spatial resolution of thermal analysis (much better than the current state of the art) has profound implications for the fields of Polymers and Pharmaceuticals where local thermal understanding of contaminant particles is key to quality control.
